Пространственная доступность  определяется метрическими и временными показателями при передвижении пешком или на транспорте. Доступность мест тяготения - время, которое надо затратить, или расстояние, которое надо преодолеть на пути от мест нахождения (дом, предприятие) до места тяготения, являющегося источником необходимых населению благ (рабочих мест, торговых , бытовых , культурных , транспортных услуг).

Spatial accessibility is determined by  metric and time  indicators when moving on foot or by transport means. Accessibility of "places of attraction" is a time that population has to spent or a distance to  get over from the places of location (residence, enterprise)  to the "place of attraction" which is a needed point for the population to get a job, service, amenities, cultural, transport and social infrastructure.
