Aims of spatial/detail planning
english definition:Aims of spatial planning are binding stipulations governing the development, spatial structure and “securing” of the territory. Overall aims of spatial planning in Belarus are: to provide sustainable development of human settlements and territories; to promote economic development of human settlements and territories with high competitive potential; to initiate active supportive actions to improve economic development of human settlements and territories with low competitive potential. The aim of detail planning is to prepare and organize the use of plots within the municipal territory for development, building and for other purposes in accordance with the guidance provided by the building regulations and to be in line with functional development of the human settlement.
