Границы санитарно-защитных зон

Границы озелененной территории между границами производственного образования и границей селитебной застройки с режимом ограничения хозяйственной деятельности в соответствии с действующими нормативными актами. Как правило, санитарно-защитные зоны  отделяют жилую застройку от территории транспортных и инженерных объектов и коммуникаций, а также промышленных объектов. В границах санитарно-защитных зон устанавливается режим санитарной защиты от неблагоприятных воздействий; допускается размещение коммунальных инженерных объектов городской инфраструктуры в соответствии с санитарными нормами и СНиП.

english definition:

Boundaries of the green territory between build-up area and of the industrial feature. The limitations for activity  are stipulated by the by-laws. Usually sanitary protective zone (e.g. greenery) separates residential built-up from industrial area, transport and  engineering infrastructure objects and communications. The special order of sanitary protection from unfavorable  influence is set within the boundaries of the zone. Allocation of  municipal engineering infrastructure  objects is permitted only in accordance with sanitary norms and regulations.
