Разрешение, дающее право на выполнение строительных работ на территории поселения в соответствии с законодотельством, государственными строительными нормами и правилами. Разрешение на строительство выдается органами государственного строительного надзора на основании заявлений заинтересованных физических и юридических лиц о выдаче разрешения на строительство. Срок действия разрешения на строительство ограничивается проектной продолжительностью строительства объекта и может быть продлен на основании предоставленного заказчиком (застройщиком) заявления и обоснования продления срока действия такого разрешения.

Building permission certifies conformity of architecture and construction design to the site development restrictive plan and grants the right for construction/modification works. Building permission must be acquired before activities such as construction, alteration, or expansion of buildings or improvements on the land may legally commence. It is given out by the state supervision bodies according to the appeal submitted by the customer/developer. Building permission is issued free of charge. The refusal to issue building permission may be appealed at the court. Period of validity of the permission is limited by the timing of construction set by the project. Period of validity can be prolonged according to the justified appeal submitted by the customer/developer.
