Изменение категории землепользования

national definition:

Отнесение земель к категориям, указанным в земельном кодексе, производится в соответствии с основным целевым назначением земель. В соответствии с Земельным Кодексом Республики Беларусь перевод земель из одной категории в другую производится в случаях изменения  основного  целевого назначения этих земель (см. "категории земель"). Отнесение земель к определенной территории и их перевод производится компетентными государственными органами.

A change in the way that land is used. According to the Land Code transfer of the land  from one category to another  (see "land categories" ) is considered  in a case when its  principal purpose of use is changed. The reference of land to the specified categories and its transfer from one category to another shall is performed by the responsible state bodies according to the legislation.
