english definition:

A defined site placed under statutory landscape conservation because of its diversity, distinctive character or beauty, its scientific or historical importance, or its particular significance in terms of nature protection, the natural balance, or recreation. .A territoty  with valuable natural or cultural heritage, which  can be unic or typical  for  prticular area. Landscape conservation areas are sites specifically designated as having legally binding protected status. This status is conferred when an area warrants special protection (of nature or of the landscape) in order to maintain or restore the efficient functioning of the natural balance or the viable use of natural assets, or because of its special importance for recreation. Landscape conservation areas differ from nature protection areas and national parks in respect of the significantly lower level of protection they enjoy. They may also be designated to provide protection for cultural landscapes.
