Территории,  предназначенные для застройки жилыми домами, на которых допускается размещение отдельно стоящих объектов социально-культурного,  культового назначения, бытового обслуживания населения, стоянок   автомобильного транспорта, промышленных, коммунальных и складских объектов, для которых не требуется установление санитарно-защитных зон и деятельность которых не оказывает вредного воздействия на окружающую среду (шум,  вибрация, магнитные поля, радиационное воздействие, загрязнение почв, воздуха, воды и иное вредное воздействие).

Consists of territories which are assigned for residential buildings and are allowed to locate isolated social, cultural buildings, places of worship, daily living needs centres, parking, objects of industry, public utilities and storage facilities. These objects have to not require the establishment of protecting zones and not affect the environment (noise, vibration, magnetic fields, contamination of soil, air and water, etc.).
