Природные комплексы, имеющие большое экологическое, научное, культурное, эстетическое, историческое значение, в отношении которых устанавливаются особые режимы охраны и использования. Земли особо охраняемых природных территорий и объектов являются землями природоохранного назначения и на них запрещается деятельность, противоречащая их целевому назначению.
