Зоны особого государственного регулирования

Особому государственному регулированию в части архитектурной и градостроительной деятельности подлежат:  зоны ликвидации последствий катастроф и экологических бедствий; курортно-рекреационные и природоохранные зоны; территории памятников истории, культуры и архитектуры; территории,  находящиеся   в   ведении   Министерства   обороны Республики Беларусь; зоны свободной экономической деятельности; территории перспективного развития городов; территории перспективного  развития инженерной  инфраструктуры, имеющей государственное и международное значение. Установление  статуса зон особого государственного
регулирования  осуществляется  в  соответствии  с  законодательством Республики Беларусь.
