Udstykning er deling af samlet fast ejendom (jf. udstykningslovens § 6) hvorved

  • i marken afgrænsede dele af et matrikelnummer fraskilles med egne matrikelnumre, eller
  • arealer, der i forvejen har egne matrikelnumre fraskilles en samlet fast ejendom, eller en til ejendommen hørende andel i en fælles lod fraskilles som en selvstændig ejendom.
Udstykning sker i dansk planlægning gennem lokalplanen.

english definition:

Parcelling out is a division of a complete property (in accordance with §6 of the Parcelling Out Act) in which:

  • in fields, demarcated parts of a land registry number are detached and labelled with separate land registry numbers; or
  • lots that already have individual land registry numbers are detached from a complete property or a property that is part of a common lot is detached as an individual property.
Land is parcelled out through a local plan.
