Swedenkehtestatud planeeringu ülevaatamine
national definition:Kehtestatud planeeringute ülevaatamisega selgitatakse planeeringukohase arengu tulemused, planeeringute edasise elluviimise võimalused, planeeringute põhilahenduste muutmise või detailplaneeringu kehtetuks tunnistamise vajadus ja muud planeeringute elluviimisega seotud küsimused. Kehtestatud üleriigilise planeeringu vaatab üle regionaalminister ja esitab tulemused ning ülevaate planeerimisalasest olukorrast riigis Vabariigi Valitsusele hiljemalt kuue kuu jooksul pärast Riigikogu korralisi valimisi. Kehtestatud üldplaneeringud vaatab üle kohalik omavalitsus ja esitab ülevaatamise tulemused maavanemale hiljemalt kuue kuu jooksul pärast kohalike omavalitsuste volikogude korralisi valimisi.

english definition:A review of adopted plans identifies the results of the plan-based development, the possibilities for further implementation of the plans, the need to amend the basic content of the plans or to declare a detailed plan invalid, and other issues relating to implementation of the plans. The Minister of Regional Affairs shall review an adopted national spatial plan and submit the findings and an overview of the situation in the field of planning in the country to the Government of the Republic not later than within six months after regular parliament elections are held. The local government shall review adopted comprehensive plans and submit its findings to the county governor not later than within six months after regular local government council elections are held.
