A constituent part of the building rights of a plot defined by a detailed plan, which is a base for the design of buildings onto a plot and for a determination of the intended use of cadastral units. In the case where preparation of a detailed plan is mandatory, the local government shall determine the intended use of the cadastral unit on the basis of an adopted detailed plan.
