national definition:Kohalik omavalitsus informeerib avalikkust kavatsetavatest üldplaneeringutest ja detailplaneeringutest vastavas ajalehes vähemalt üks kord aastas. Vastav ajaleht planeerimisseaduse tähenduses on: üleriigilise planeeringu puhul – vähemalt üks üleriigilise levikuga päevaleht; maakonnaplaneeringu puhul – regulaarselt ilmuv maakonnaleht või vähemalt üks üleriigilise levikuga päevaleht ja vähemalt üks kord kuus ilmuv valla- või linnaleht; üldplaneeringu ja detailplaneeringu puhul – vähemalt üks kord kuus ilmuv valla- või linnaleht ja regulaarselt ilmuv maakonnaleht või üleriigilise levikuga päevaleht, mis on kohaliku omavalitsuse poolt määratud valla või linna ametlike teadete avaldamise kohaks.

english definition:Local governments shall inform the public of any proposed comprehensive planning and detailed planning at least once a year in the relevant newspaper. The relevant newspaper is: in the case of a national spatial plan, at least one daily national newspaper; in the case of a county plan, a county newspaper published on a regular basis or at least one daily national newspaper and a rural municipality or city newspaper published at least once a month; in the case of a comprehensive plan or a detailed plan, a rural municipality or city newspaper published at least once a month and a county newspaper published on a regular basis or a daily national newspaper, designated by the local government as the newspaper where the official notices of the rural municipality or city are published.
