Segahoonestusala määratakse üldplaneeringus ning see lubab elamute ja ärihoonete ehitamist. Segahoonestusalale on keelatud ehitada hulgikaubandushooneid, kütusetanklaid, autoremondihooneid, pesumaju või teisi ehitisi, milles toimuv tegevus või olla kahjulik keskkonnale.

An area determined in a comprehensive plan, where permitted land use functions are housing and business buildings. It is prohibited to build whole sale trade buildings, gas stations, car service buildings, laundry or any other construction works which activities may be harmful for an environment.
