Tehnorajatised on rajatised, mis teenindavad hooneid. Tehnorajatised on elektrivõrgud, gaasijuhtmed, vee- ja kanalisatsioonitorustikud, andmesidekaablid jms. Tehnorajatiste asukoha määramine on üks maakonnaplaneeringu, üldplaneeringu ja detailplaneeringu eesmärkidest. Üleriigilise planeeringu eesmärgiks on suunata tehnorajatiste arengut riigis.

A civil engineering works that serve buildings with different use. Technical infrastructure includes electricity networks, gas-lines, water and sewage pipes, cables of data networks, etc.  Determination of the location of technical infrastructure is one of the main objectives of county plans, comprehensive plans and detailed plans. The national spatial plan has the objective to direct the development of technical infrastructures in the country.
