Tööstushoone on hoone, mis on ehitatud tööstustootmise võimaldamiseks. Kohalik omavalitsus võib lubada, välja arvatud riikliku kaitse alla võetud maa-alal ja miljööväärtuslikul hoonestusalal, ilma detailplaneeringut koostamata tööstusettevõtte krundil olemasoleva tööstushoone laiendamist või selle kõrvalhoone püstitamist ja selleks ehitusprojekti koostamist.

Local governments may, except in areas placed under state protection and built-up areas of cultural and environmental value, permit the extension of an existing industrial building located on the plot of an industrial undertaking, erection of outbuildings connected thereto and preparation of building design documentation for such purpose without the requirement to prepare a detailed plan.
