Rakentamisen suhteellista määrää kuvaavaa ominaisuus asemakaavan mukaisessa korttelissa.

Korttelitehokkuus ilmoitetaan yleensä tehokkuusluvulla, joka saadaan jakamalla korttelin alueelle rakennettu tai suunniteltu rakentamisen määrä (rakennusoikeuskerrosalana) korttelin pinta-alalla.
