Apbūves statuss tiek noteikts Rīgas Vēsturiskā centra teritorijā esošajām ēkām. Šāda apbūves statusa noteikšanas pamatā ir integrētas kultūrvēsturiskās un pilsētbūvnieciskās analīzes un izvērtējuma rezultāts. Ēku un būvju statuss plāna darbības periodā var mainīties, ja tiek paaugstināts vai pazemināts kultūrvēsturiskās vērtības līmenis atbilstoši normatīvos dokumentos noteiktajai kārtībai. Zemāka autentiskuma kultūrvēsturisko vidi veidojošās ēkas ir pieļaujams pārveidot un nomainīt ar jaunu apbūvi atbilstoši apbūves noteikumiem. Ēkas, kuras veido negatīvu vai degradējošu ietekmi uz apkārtējo vidi un ir bez kultūrvēsturiskās vērtības tiek noteiktas kā nojaucamas atvieglotā procedūrā atbilstoši apbūves noteikumiem.

building up status

Building up status is defined for buildings in Riga historical center. It is based on the result of the integrated cultural and historical urban environment identification and assessment. The status of buildings and constructions may change during the period of operation of the spatial plan, in case the level of cultural and historical value is raised or lowered in accordance with the procedure provided by the regulations. Buildings of lower degree of authenticity can have permission for transfer and change with new buildings in accordance with the building regulations. Buildings which have a negative or degrading influence of the environment can be pulled down according to a simplified procedure and in accordance with the building regulations.
