Apstādījumu un dabas teritorija ir dažādu funkciju (ekoloģisko, rekreācijas, pilsētas tēla veidošanas) nodrošināšanai saglabātas vai speciāli izveidotas, ar augiem apaugušas vai apaudzētas, publiski pieejamas teritorijas. Apstādījumu un dabas teritorija kā teritorijas izmantošanas veids var ietvert arī šādas izmantošanas: mežus, meža parkus, parkus, skvērus, ielu un dzelzceļa joslu apstādījumus (alejas, bulvārus, joslu veidu apstādījumus), krastmalu apstādījumus, kapsētas, īpaši aizsargājamās dabas teritorijas, kā arī ģimenes dārziņus kā zemes pagaidu izmantošanas veidu.

Territory of greenery and nature as the type of utilization of territory can include the following utilizations or land uses: forests, forest parks, parks, squares, greenery of streets and railway belts (avenues, boulevards, and belt type greenery), greenery of embankment, cemeteries, specially protected nature territories, as well as gardening allotments as the type of temporary utilization of land.
