Atlīdzība ir maksājums no valsts vai pašvaldības budžeta, kas sedz zemes īpašnieka neiegūto mantisko labumu, kuru zemes īpašnieks nevar iegūt īpaši aizsargājamo dabas teritoriju un mikroliegumu aizsardzību un izmantošanu regulējošos normatīvajos aktos noteikto saimnieciskās darbības ierobežojumu dēļ.
