Territories of streets and squares spatially contain the other territories of different land use or utilization by ensuring access to them, thus occupying a great part of the planned territory, where a considerable part is occupied by public outside space territories. Pedestrian and cycling city traffic, motor transport, electric transport (except railway), as well as network of supply and buildings of utilities and plantation of streets and squares form the primary type of their utilization. These territories, not taking into consideration the ownership of land, are demarcated with red lines.
