Swedenkadastrālā vērtēšana

Kadastrālā vērtēšana ir saskaņā ar normatīvo aktu principiem īstenotu darbību kopums, lai noteiktu kadastra objektu un nekustamā īpašuma nodokļa objektu vērtību, kas izmantojama normatīvajos aktos noteiktajām vajadzībām. Kadastrālās vērtēšanas process ietver: 1) kadastrālo vērtību bāzes izstrādi un 2) kadastrālās vērtības aprēķinu.
Kadastrālo vērtēšanu veic Valsts zemes dienests. Kadastrālās vērtēšanas kārtību nosaka Ministru kabinets. Valsts zemes dienests uzskaita un analizē nekustamā īpašuma tirgus cenas un nomas maksas un nosaka nekustamā īpašuma cenu līmeni. Lai uzkrātu un apstrādātu informāciju par nekustamā īpašuma tirgus darījumiem, Kadastra informācijas sistēmā uztur nekustamā īpašuma tirgus datu bāzi. (Nekustamā īpašuma valsts kadastra likums)

Cadastral assessment is a set of operations implemented in accordance with the principles of regulatory enactments, in order to specify the value of a cadastre object and objects of immovable property tax, which is to be used for the purposes specified in regulatory enactments.The process of cadastral assessment includes 1) development of a cadastral value base; and 2) calculation of cadastral value.
Cadastral assessment is performed by the State Land Service. The Cabinet of Ministers determines the procedures for cadastral assessment. The State Land Service registers and analyses the prices of the immovable property market and lease payments and determine the price level for immovable property. In order to accumulate and process information regarding the immovable property transactions, the Cadastre information system maintains a database of the immovable property market.
