Swedenkadastrālā vērtība

Kadastrālā vērtība ir pēc vienotiem kadastrālās vērtēšanas principiem noteiktā datumā atbilstoši kadastra datiem noteikta kadastra objekta un nekustamā īpašuma nodokļa objekta vērtība naudas izteiksmē. Kadastrālā vērtība neietver mežaudzes vērtību. Kadastrālo vērtību aprēķina, ņemot vērā šādus Kadastra informācijas sistēmā reģistrētos datus: Kadastra objekta kadastrālās vērtības aprēķinam izmanto Kadastra informācijas sistēmas datus par kadastra objektu pēc stāvokļa vērtības aprēķināšanas dienā. (Nekustamā īpašuma valsts kadastra likums)
1) kadastrālo vērtību bāzi;
2) kadastra objektu un nekustamā īpašuma nodokļa objektu raksturojošos datus;
3) nekustamā īpašuma lietošanas mērķus;
4) nekustamā īpašuma objekta apgrūtinājumus.
cadastral value
english definition:
Cadastral value is the value of a cadastre object and immovable property tax object in monetary terms which is specified in accordance with single principles of cadastral assessment on a certain date in accordance with cadastre data. The cadastral value does not include forest value.
The cadastral value is calculated taking into account the following data registered in the Cadastre information system:
1) the base of cadastral value;
2) data characterising the cadastre object and object of immovable property tax;
3) purposes of use of the immovable property; and
4) encumbrances of the immovable property object.
The data of the Cadastre information system regarding a cadastre object on the day of calculation of the value of the cadastre object by the State is used for the calculation of the cadastral value of the cadastre object.
