The boundaries of a port, including territories which, taking into account their geographical situation, might be utilised for prospective development of the port, including State public-use territories of railway infrastructure right of way, is defined by the Cabinet of Ministers upon a proposal of the relevant local government, port authority and administrator of the State public-use railway infrastructure.
