Perimetrāla apbūve ir noteikts zemes gabala apbūves veids, kur galvenās ēkas apjoms aizņem visu zemes gabala ielas fronti no vienas robežas ar blakus zemes gabalu līdz robežai ar otru blakus zemes gabalu (slēgta perimetrālā apbūve), vai atkāpjoties noteiktā attālumā no otra blakus zemes gabala robežas (pārtraukta perimetrālā apbūve).
