Privāts mājas bērnudārzs - izmantošana, kas nodrošina īslaicīgu aprūpi un uzraudzību par atalgojumu vai atlīdzību ar pašvaldības piekrišanu dzīvoklī vai dzīvojamā mājā uz laika periodu ne ilgāku par 24 stundām, ne vairāk par pieciem bērniem (neskaitot aprūpētāja bērnus), kas nav vecāki par 10 gadiem.
