Saglabājamā koka apbūve ir dzīvojamās, saimniecības, funkcionālās koka ēkas, ēku daļas un būves, t.sk. noliktavas, saimnieciska rakstura novietnes, staļļi, ratnīcas, dārza paviljoni, nojumes, ražošanas ēkas un celtnes, tirdzniecības ēkas, kioski, verandas u.c., arī apmestas koka ēkas un tādas ēkas, kuru nesošās ārsienas veido koka konstrukcijas,kas celtas līdz 1940.gadam, izņemot vidi degradējošas ēkas un ēkas bez kultūrvēsturiskas vērtības.

Conservable wooden building - wooden dwellings, auxiliary buildings, functional buildings, their parts and constructions including warehouses, storages, stalls, coach-houses, garden pavilions, penthouses, industrial buildings and structures, merchandise buildings, booths, verandas etc., as well as plastered wooden buildings and such buildings where the bearing walls are of wooden structures that has been build before 1940 excluding the buildings that degrade the environment of that are of no culture and historical value.
