Swedenteritorijas izmantošanas un apbūves noteikumi
national definition:Vietējās pašvaldības teritorijas plānojumā nosaka teritorijas izmantošanas un apbūves noteikumus jeb saistošos teritorijas izmantošanas un apbūves noteikumus, kas ietver prasības zemes vienībām un to apbūvei, kā arī katras teritorijas daļas (ar noteiktu atšķirīgu plānoto (atļauto) izmantošanu) labiekārtojumam. Teritorijas izmantošanas un apbūves noteikumos iekļauj informāciju par atļauto un aizliegto teritorijas izmantošanu; piekļūšanas noteikumus; zemes vienību sadalīšanas, apvienošanas un robežu pārkārtošanas noteikumus; prasības apbūves intensitātei un blīvuma rādītājiem; prasības augstuma ierobežojumiem; pagalma noteikumus; prasības redzamības nodrošinājumam; prasības attālumiem starp būvēm, inženierkomunikācijām; prasības būvju atbilstībai zemes vienības robežām; prasības jaunveidojamo zemes vienību minimālajām platībām; prasības ēku un būvju konstruktīvajām daļām un elementiem; prasības ārtelpas elementiem; prasības inženierkomunikāciju būvniecībai, rekonstrukcijai, ekspluatācijai; prasības jaunai satiksmes infrastruktūrai un esošās infrastruktūras rekonstrukcijai; prasības degvielas un gāzes uzpildes stacijām un citiem riska objektiem; prasības automašīnu un velosipēdu novietošanai; prasības saimniecības ēkām un būvēm, kas paredzētas mājlopiem; prasības ēku un būvju rekonstrukcijai, restaurācijai un remontam; prasības teritorijas, ēku un būvju uzturēšanai; prasības ēkas un būves vai to daļu funkcionalitātes maiņai; prasības dabas teritoriju izmantošanai un apstādījumu ierīkošanai; prasības teritorijas labiekārtojumam un elementiem, to vizuālajam un mākslinieciskajam noformējumam; prasības īpaši aizsargājamo kultūrvēsturisko teritoriju un kultūras pieminekļu aizsardzībai; prasības īpaši aizsargājamo dabas teritoriju izmantošanai; prasības lauksaimniecībā izmantojamās zemēs un meža zemēs, kurām nepieciešama transformācija; derīgo izrakteņu atradnes; tauvas joslas; aizsargjoslas; prasības, ko nosaka upju baseina apgabala apsaimniekošanas plāns (ja tāds ir), tai skaitā pasākumu programmu; ūdenstilpju apsaimniekošanas noteikumus (ja tādi ir); prasības zemes vienībām, uz kurām iesāktā apbūve vai saimnieciskā darbība nav atbilstoša teritorijas plānotajai (atļautajai) izmantošanai; prasības būvprojektēšanai, kas uzsākta līdz jauna vietējās pašvaldības teritorijas plānojuma spēkā stāšanās dienai; būvtiesību īstenošanas kārtību; prasības detālplānojumiem; spēkā esošo detālplānojumu sarakstu, kura papildinājumi nav grozījumi teritorijas izmantošanas un apbūves noteikumos; un citas prasības un aprobežojumus.
