Social dialogue is a mechanism for cooperation and consultations among the state, employers and employees aimed at coordinating mutual interests regarding economic and social policy issues. Social dialogue is ensured at national (bilaterally and trilaterally), regional, sectoral and enterprise levels. Social partners are organisations and associations of employers and employees that engage in social dialogue and conclude agreements.
