Engineering preparation of territory is a complex of engineering technical measures that shall be performed in order to carry out the building in the foreseen territory. The complex of measures includes the draining, heap up, change of ground, sanation of polluted areas and recultivation, as well as the construction of main engineering communications and the construction of streets and roads concerning the ensuring of access.
