Zemes īpašumi, t.i. īpašumi, kuru sastāvā ietilpst zeme, ir visi nekustamie īpašumi, uz kuriem īpašuma tiesības ir nostiprinātas zemesgrāmatā. Pie tiem tiek pieskaitīti arī tiesiskie valdījumi - īpašumi, kuri ir noformēti, bet vēl nav nostiprināti zemesgrāmatā.
