Responsibility assumed for the consequences done in the process of detailed planning -- Liability imposed on the organisers of planning by the Regulations for Detailed Plans. The organiser and planner of detailed planning are responsible for the consequences done by their fault in the process of detailed planning. They take responsibility for the organization of the process of planning and its procedures, as well as for an impartial processing of the documents pertaining to the said organisation of planning; they must act according to the procedure for the drafting, approval and registration of the detailed plan.
