Detalusis planas - Teritorijų planavimo dokumentas, kuriame yra nustatytos žemės sklypų ribos, teritorijos tvarkymo ir naudojimo režimas ( teritorijos (žemės sklypo) naudojimo būdas ir/ar pobūdis; leistinas pastatų aukštis metrais; leistinas žemės sklypo užstatymo tankumas procentais; leistinas sklypo užstatymo intensyvumas procentais; statinių statybos vieta, statybos riba - linija, už kurios negalima pastatų (statinių) statyba, ar statybos linija - linija, su kuria turi sutapti pastato (statinio) gatvės fasado projekcija, išskyrus inžinerinius tinklus; komunalinių ar vietinių inžinerinių tinklų ir pastatų šildymo sistemų prijungimo sąlygos; susisiekimo sistemos organizavimas, transporto srautai, skersiniai gatvės važiuojamosios dalies profiliai; servitutai). Detailed plan is a territorial planning document for establishing the conditions, rights and obligations in using a land plot and developing an activity in it. It is a territorial planning document which indicates the limits of land plots, the regime of the use and management of territories, manner and/or character of use of a land plot; admissible height of buildings, admissible density and intensity of occupying a land plot in per cent; a place for construction works, a boundary of construction - a line beyond which construction (works) is forbidden or a construction line - a line which façade plane of the street of a building (construction works) must correspond to with the exception of the engineering networks; the conditions for connecting public or local engineering networks and systems of heating buildings; organizing means of communication, streams of transport, transverse profiles of street way; servitudes.
