" Žemės naudojimo klasifikacinė sistema. Lietuvos savivaldybių bendrieji ir detalieji planai privalo būti rengiami, prisilaikant Žemės įstatymu ir Aplinkos ministro įsakymu priimto žemės naudojimo klasifikatorių. Jis turi tris lygmenis.

 

  1. Žemės įstatymas klasifikuoja žemės naudojimą į 5 „pagrindines tikslines žemės paskirtis" (Žiūr. „Pagrindinė tikslinė žemės naudojimo paskirtis")
  2. Aplinkos ministro įsakyme paskirtys yra skaidomos į „žemės naudojimo būdus".(Žiūr. „Žemės naudojimo būdas")
  3. Pastarieji tame pat įsakyme skirstomi į „žemės naudojimo pobūdžius". (žiūr, pvz., „Komercinės paskirties teritorijos")"

Principle specific purpose of land use means and characters of land use

english definition:

" Classification system of land use. Master and detailed plans of municipalities of Lithuania must be formulated in pursuance of the classifiers of land use accepted by the Law on Land and Order of the Minister of Environment. The Law on Land has the following levels.

  1. The Law on Land classifies land use into 5 "principle specific purpose of land" (See "The Principle Specific Purpose of Land Use").
  2. The purposes in the Order of the Minister of Environment fall into "means of land use" (See "The Means of Land Use").
  3. The latter in the same Order is subdivided into "characters of land use" (See, e.g. "Territories Used for Commercial Purposes")."
