System of settlements - The term is used in the Regulations for Master Plans of the County Territory as well as in the Regulations for Master Plans of the State Territory. The term does not have an official definition. It is generally understood as distribution of settlements in a territory, according to the matter of significance and role. The term "urban system" sometimes replaces the term "systems of settlements"
