" Kultūros paveldo vertybės (Nekilnojamos kultūros vertybės) - Kultūrinės vertės ir visuomeninės reikšmės statiniai, jų priklausiniai bei kompleksai, ansambliai ir vietovės, įregistruoti Lietuvos Respublikos nekilnojamųjų kultūros vertybių įstatymo nustatyta tvarka. (Pagal Lietuvos Respublikos nekilnojamųjų kultūros vertybių apsaugos įstatymą). Dėl jų vertės teisės aktais nustatytas specialus apsaugos ir naudojimo režimas.
Saugomų teritorijų įstatymas nekilnojamas kultūros vertybes vadina kultūros paveldo objektais, ir skirsto juos į archeologinius, mitologinius, architektūrinius /inžinerinius ir dailės paveldo objektus."
Valuables of cultural heritage (Immovable cultural properties)
english definition:
" Valuables of cultural heritage (Immovable cultural properties) - Construction works of cultural value and public significance, their pertinent and complexes, ensembles and parts are registered in the manner set forth in the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on the Immovable Cultural Properties. (According to the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on the Immovable Cultural Properties). Due to their value, a special regime of protection and use has been established by legal acts.
The Law on Protected Territories treats the immovable cultural properties as objects of cultural heritage, and divides them into archaeological, mythological, architectural/engineering and art objects of heritage thereof.
