Equivalence living conditions - The objective is mentioned in the Law on Territorial Planning and especially in the Law on Regional Development. The latter Law defines the national regional policy as a purposeful activity of state institutions and other subjects with the aim of minimizing the social and economic differences, as well as development inequalities inside the regions, promoting a stable development of equal value across the territory of the state.
