It is also verified whether one acted in compliance with planning conditions and other requirements of legal acts regulating territorial planning.
The procedure for co-coordinating the master plan of the municipality is implemented in the Permanent Committee of Construction and must be accomplished within fifteen working days. (According to the Regulations for the Drafting of Master Plans).
