Municipality master plan determinations for planning are the requirements pertaining to the special conditions of land use and territorial planning rules which are applied to the planned territory. The conditions for the master plan of the municipality territory are issued by the county governor, the Department of Regional Environmental Protection under the Ministry of Environment, the territorial subdivision of the Department of Cultural Heritage Protection under the Ministry of Culture, the Lithuanian Road Administration under the Ministry of Transport and Communications, and the Public Health Centre.
