Savivaldybės teritorijos bendrojo plano etapas, sekantis po esamos būklės analizės. Koncepcijos rengimo stadijos metu parengiami:

  1. miesto ar miestelio teritorijų vystimosi variantų paieškos ir jų palyginamoji analizė;
  2. teritorijos planinės ir erdvinės struktūros vystimosi principai;
  3. aplinkosauginių, paminklo-sauginių, vizualinių ir kitų teritorijos naudojimo apribojimų pasiūlymai.

 

Miestų ir miestelių teritorijų vystymo erdvinės raidos koncepcija rengiama 20 metų laikotarpiui ir aprobuojama savivaldybės taryboje. Po koncepcijos rengimo seka sprendinių konkretizavimo etapas.(Pagal bendrųjų planų taisykles)

Concept of municipality master plan - The stage of the municipality master plan comes next after the analysis of an existing condition. In the process of the development of the above-mentioned concept, the following entities have been prepared:

  1. retrieval of variants of territorial development of towns and townships, and their comparative analysis;
  2. principles of the development of plan structure and spatial structures of a territory;
  3. proposals related to the environment protective, monument preservative, visual and other limitations of land use.

The concept of the spatial and territorial development of towns and townships is framed for a period of twenty years and approved by the municipal council. After formulating the concept, comes the stage of solutions concretization. (In accordance with the Regulations for Master Plans).
