"Supaprastinta detaliųjų planų rengimo tvarka - Detaliųjų planų rengimo procedūrų sutrumpinimas laiko atžvilgiu arba kai kurių procedūrų atsisakymas. Rengiant detaliuosius planus supaprastinta tvarka, atsisakoma koncepcijos nustatymo stadijos, neatliekamas planuojamos ūkinės veiklos poveikio aplinkai vertinimas ir strateginis teritorijų planavimo dokumento sprendinių pasekmių aplinkai vertinimas, sutrumpinama viešumo procedūrų trukmė ir procedūros Supaprastinama plano derinimo ir tvirtinimo tvarka.
Supaprastinta tvarka detalieji planai rengiami trim atvejais: 1) kai žemės sklypai padalijami, atidalijami (išskyrus kai kuriuos atvejus) ar sujungiami; 2) kai keičiamos naudojamų žemės sklypų ribos ir plotas; 3). kai žemės sklypai formuojami prie naudojamų statinių.

"Simplified order for drafting detailed plans plans - Contraction of procedures of drafting detailed plans in terms of time or rejection of some procedures. In drafting detailed plans in a simplified manner, the stage of identifying the concept is withdrawn, the environmental impact assessment of the planned economic activity as well as the strategic assessment of the consequences of territorial planning document solutions on the environment is not performed, and duration of publicity of procedures is shortened.
Referring to the simplified order, detailed plans are drafted in three cases: 1) when land plots are divided, marked off (apart for some events) or combined; 2) when limits and area of the used land plots are changed; 3) when land plots are formed near construction works in operation.
