Susirinkimas, konferencija - Vienas iš planavimo viešumą įgyvendinančių planavimo proceso elementų. Susirinkime turi teisę dalyvauti visi visuomenės nariai. Susirinkimo dalyviai registruojami, susirinkimas protokoluojamas. Planavimo organizatorius parengia viešo projekto svarstymo su visuomene ataskaitą. Atmestų planavimo pasiūlymų pareiškėjai projekto sprendinius gali apskųsti valstybinę teritorijų planavimo priežiūrą vykdančiai institucijai per mėnesį nuo susirinkimo dienos. (Viešas susirinkimas nerengiamas, jeigu projektas svarstomas supaprastinta tvarka, t.y., rengiant nedidelių veiklos mastų detaliųjų planų projektus) .

Meeting - coference - It is one of the elements of the process of planning which implement planning publicity. All members of the community have the right to participate at the meeting. The members of the meeting are registered, the meeting is recorded. An organizer of planning prepares the account relating to discussion of the project with the public. The declarants of the rejected proposals of planning can appeal the solutions of the project to the institution exercising state supervision of territorial planning within a month from the day the meeting was held. (Public meeting is organized, provided the project is under discussion according to the simplified procedure, i.e. preparing the projects of master plans of a smaller amount of activity).
