Teritorijų planavimo dokumentų registras registras

Teritorijų planavimo dokumentų registras registras - Institucijų ir veiksmų sistema, skirta patvirtintiems teritorijų planavimo dokumentams, jų keitimams registruoti, taip pat pradėtiems rengti teritorijų planavimo dokumentams įrašyti. Registrą sudaro: valstybinis, apskričių, savivaldybių teritorijų planavimo dokumentų registrai ir Valstybinio, apskričių ir savivaldybių registrų pagrindu formuojama registro centrinė duomenų bazė. Vadovaujančioji registro tvarkymo įstaiga - Aplinkos apsaugos agentūra. Visi fiziniai ir juridiniai asmenys turi teisę susipažinti su teritorijų planavimo dokumentų registro duomenimis atitinkamą registrą tvarkančioje institucijoje ir už nustatytą mokestį gauti jų kopijas. Register of the territorial planning documents - a system of institutions and actions used for registration of the approved territorial planning documents and their amendments, as well as for inscribing territorial planning documents started to be prepared. The register consists of the registers of the state, the county and municipality territorial planning documents; a central data base is formed on the grounds of the State, the county and municipality registers. Institution of the register management - the Agency of Protection of Nature. All natural and legal entities of the Republic of Lithuania have the right of access to the data of the territorial planning documents register at the corresponding register management agency and, upon paying a fixed stamp duty, receive copies thereof.
