Ūkinė plėtra - Vienas iš siekių, minimų Teritorijų planavimo įstatyme ir apskrities teritorijos bendrojo planavimo reglamente. Įstatymas sako, kad vienas teritorijų planavimo tikslų yra skatinti investicijas socialiniam ekonominiam vystymui. Apskrities teritorijos bendrojo plano rengimo taisyklėse tarp kitų uždavinių sakoma, jog planas privalo numatyti bioprodukcinio ūkio, pramonės, verslo teritorijų vystymo kryptis, formuoti palankias ūkio ir verslo ugdymo sąlygas. Nors kitų lygmenų bendrojo planavimo dokumentų rengimo reglamentuose šis siekis ir neminimas, bet praktikoje pasireiškia ir juose.
Economic development
english definition:
Economic development is one of the objectives, mentioned in the Law on Territorial Planning and in the Regulations of general planning of the territory of the county. The Law states that one of the objectives of territorial planning is to promote investments for the social and economic development. It is said in the Regulations for the Drafting of the Master Plan of the County Territory that the plan must provide for development trends of bio productive agriculture, industry and business territories, as well as create favourable conditions for the agricultural and business development. Though the said objective is not mentioned in the rules on formulating the documents for general planning at other levels, but it is applied in practice.
