Kunngjøring av vedtatt plan

 Lovfestet påbud om offentliggjøring av lovfestede plantyper når de er endelig vedtatt for å informere om planstatus i vedkommende område og for å gi berørte (rettighetshavere) klagemuligheter.

Påbud om offentliggjøring av fylkesplanen følger av informasjonsplikten knyttet til vedtak av Kongen i Statsråd.  

Vedtatt kommuneplanen offentliggjøres på en måte som finnes hensiktsmessig i kommunen.Regulerings- og bebyggelsesplaner annonseres i minst 2 aviser alminnelig lest på stedet. Grunneiere og andre rettighetshavere bør underrettes ved brev.

Proclamation of adopted plan  

Statutory directive to publicize finally adopted statutory plans in order to inform about the status of planning in the actual area and to give affected holders of rights possibilities to raise complaints.

For the adopted County master plan (cf.) formal requirements concerning publication follow the information procedures of the King in Council Meeting.

Adopted Municipal master plans (cf.) should be publicized in a way found appropriate in the municipality. Zoning and Building development plans (cf.) shall be announced in at least 2 newspapers commonly read locally. Letters should notify landowners and other holders of rights.
