Lov om miljøinformasjon

Lov av 9. mai 2003, nr. 31. Formeålet med loven er å sikre allmenheten adgang til miljøinformasjon slik at det blir enklere for den enkelte å bidra til bevaring av miljøverdier og samtidig beskytte seg selv mot helse- og miljøskader, og til å påvirke offentlige og private beslutningstakere i miljøspørsmål.

Environmental Information Act

Act of May 9, 2003, No.31. The purpose of the Act is to ensure public access to environmental information thus make it easier for individuals to contributer to the protection of the environment and to protect themselves against injury to health and environmental damage, and to infuence on public and private decision-makers in environmental matters.
