Meldepliktige tiltak er driftsbygninger i landbruket, midlertidige eller transportable bygninger, konstruksjoner eller anlegg, herunder campingvogner, telt o.l., mindre byggearbeider på en boligeiendom, og byggearbeid innenfor området til en enkelt bedrift.
