Mål for grad av utnyttelse gitt i veileder til byggeforskriftene.Minste uteoppholdsareal er det minst tillatte areal i kvadratmenter til  uteopphold på boligtomter. Det omfatter den ubebygde del av byggetomta (jf.) som ikke brukes til motorisert transport og parkering.

english definition:

Measure of the degree of plot exploitation recommended in the Subordinate legalization (cf.) of the Planning and Building Act. The minimum outdoor stay area is the minimum area in square meter required for out-door activities within the Building site (cf.). This area is the unbuilt part of the site not used for motorized transport and parking.
