Lovfestet betegnelse på den strekning hvor sammenhengende opparbeiding, omlegging eller utviding av refusjonspliktige tiltak foregår. Utgiftene til gjennomføringen av refusjonspliktig tiltak skal samlet fordeles på arealet til de eiendommer som er refusjonspliktig til denne enheten, se refusjon.

Statutory term denoting the stretch where a development, alteration or extension of a project liable to refund takes place in continuity. The total implementation costs of the project shall be distributed between areas of the properties liable to pay refund, cf. Refunding of infrastructure costs.
