Statlig arealdel av kommuneplan

Arealdel til kommuneplan som er utarbeidet kommunalt på anmodning fra departementet eller som er initiert og forestått av departementet selv.

En statlig arealdel til kommuneplan er underlagt tilsvarende bestemmelser for utarbeidelse og behandling som kommunenes egeninitierte arealdel, se denne. Departementet inntar imidlertid kommunestyrets instruksjonsmyndighet overfor det faste utvalg for plansaker, se dette.

Centrally prepared land use part of municipal master plan

Land use part of the municipal master plan prepared by the Municipality after ministerial request and on behalf of the Ministry, or a Land use part of the municipal master plan initiated by and prepared on behalf of the Ministry itself.

Rules and regulation for the preparation and handling of the land use part of a municipal master plan initiated by the Municipality apply also for the ministerial ordered plans. However, the Ministry will act in lieu of the Municipal Council as regards the authority to instruct the Standing Committee for Planning Matters (cf.).
